My group and I are going to explain the hierarchical structure of Samsung, first you have the CEO then digital media and communication manager, along with the it and mobile communication and costumer electronics and this is divided into two departments, Visual Display Division and Digital Appliances Division. IT & Mobile Communications (IM) this department have a lot of division but according to Samsung the two main important divisions are, Mobile Communications Division and Network Division, because these two divisions go hand in hand, one innovates Samsung communication, services and phones such as Samsung Pay, Galaxy 5G and foldable smartphones while the other manages certain aspects of these innovations such as Galaxy 5G and Samsung Pay.
