In conclusion, I have talked about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in Amazon market. 

It has a lot of strengths and opportunities that no one else can beat. For example that Amazon is the market leader, but it also has a lot of weaknesses and threats that can end this leadership in one second. For example cybercrime, controversies, imitation, competition, exploiting labor, tax avoidance and fake reviews. 


Amazon can be the leader in online shopping but that doesn’t mean that they can relax because it has a lot of threats that can end its leadership.

My ecological footprint

  In the home area I can improve by changing my source of energy, also don’t forgetting to switch of the lights and unplugging the chargers when I’m done using them.  In the food area I have to buy things in the season so I will not get rid of them when I don’t like how it taste. Another way is buying groceries from locals market or farmers, this way I am helping them.  In the travel area, I can try going to places in bike (obviously if it’s near).  And finally in the stuff area I can improve by buying second hand and not fast fashion, because fast fashion is one of the biggest polluters in the world.
